Dose AIKE cover return shipping？

Yes, AIKE Direct Store will pay for return shipping fee if you return your product by standard ground shipping. However, any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be covered. So we recommend you to choose standard ground shipping when you return your products. 

Can I exchange one AIKE Machine for another?

If the item is damaged in transit, AIKE Direct Store offers free exchange service.
